UoL Room Booking - Resource Booker Showcase

On Monday 5 November 2018, the University will go live with a new meeting room booking system named Resource Booker. This system will replace all current processes and procedures for booking meeting space across campus.

We have organised these four showcase events, in order to give you the opportunity to learn more about Resource Booker, how to use it, and to see a live demonstration of the system. Time will also be set aside for you to ask any questions you may have.

If you are a member of staff at the University, and you currently book spaces on campus (or are likely to in the future), we urge you to attend one of the sessions to gain the vital information you need in order to use the system.

Please note - the event is taking place four times to ensure that there are opportunities for everyone to attend. The content of each will be the same - you do not need to attend more than one showcase.
